Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially for our family. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by stunning mountain views and the beautiful lake, making it a true nature retreat. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Sophie at the dining hall, who always ensured our kids had options. However, we did face an issue with ants in our room, which was unfortunate. Overall, though, the activities and amenities made our experience memorable.
